How to Lock an iBook in Landscape Orientation

For those of you new to making books in iBooks Author and then publishing that content in iTunes Producer you will find this tutorial to be helpful. It covers how to lock an iBook in landscape orientation. The iBook looks different in portrait orientation and landscape orientation. When I first started publishing my iBooks in iTunes Producer I would get a ton of error messages and most of them were related to mistakes in the portrait layout of my iBooks since I create my iBooks in landscape orientation.
