What better to do in the February snow than to make ice-cream in Chemistry class? Have students scan this AR trigger with the APP LAYAR to reveal a Tellagami video asking the students to investigate the chemistry that occurs when ice cream is made. I am using this in my high school chemistry class. Perhaps you can use it in your own learning environment.
