Part II in a series of video tutorials. In Part One we made a series of photos to be placed in a story with the Augmented Reality app String. Now we have fun APP-smashing!! I go into the APP Toontastic and I use the photos in my camera roll to create the setting, conflict, and resolution of the story. Have kids free write at the various stages of building the story in order to get pens to paper. I have seen great results using Toontastic to get students excited about writing, story creation, and literacy.
This augmented reality twist only makes the level of engagement higher for our 21st century learners. Fantastic app-smash to support student learning.
