As part of a unit about which of the first 10 amendments in the Bill of Rights are relevant from the time you get arrested till the time you are convicted of a crime I created the following activity in LAYAR. Have students scan this AR image with app LAYAR to take them to a Poll in Poll Snack asking them to identify which piece of information was not related to the 6th amendment.
