As part of a unit that I am starting on Bringing Evidence to Court I had students scan the following trigger in LAYAR. It take them to a Tellagami which asks them to create a screencast about how James Madison is relevant to the unit of study. Also, they have to answer the question — who should the criminal justice system protect? The accused or society from the accused? They answer as an APP-smash in Educreations and eBackPack
